These terms apply when you buy advertising on SwipeHealthy ("we", "us"). SwipeHealthy is a division of FonSwitch Inc. By creating an advertiser account you accept them, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
A sponsored placement: a clearly labelled card shown between profiles to members on the Free plan, for the weeks you choose, to the audience you choose. Members on paid plans never see ads. We do not guarantee a number of impressions or clicks.
Every ad is reviewed by a person before it can run. We may approve it, ask for changes, or decline it, and we may decline an ad even if it looks similar to one we accepted before. You pay only after approval. Editing an approved ad starts the review again.
The price is a flat amount per week of the campaign, shown before you submit and again at checkout. Payment is taken once, in advance for the whole campaign, by our payment provider Stripe, after your ad is approved. Prices may exclude tax, which is added at checkout where required. Your campaign starts on the date you chose, or on payment if that date has passed.
If we remove your ad for a reason that is not your fault, or we fail to run it as agreed, we refund the weeks that did not run. If you ask us to cancel before the start date, we refund the payment in full. Once a campaign is running, weeks that have started are not refunded unless the law requires it. We may remove an ad that breaks this policy at any time, with or without notice.
You must have the right to use everything in your ad (text, image, trademarks, links). You are responsible for the ad and the page it links to. You give us permission to show, store and crop your ad to run the campaign.
You may target by credential, training stage and school. A targeted campaign needs an audience of at least a minimum number of members (currently 50), so results cannot point at a handful of people. You see daily totals of impressions and clicks only. We do not tell you who saw or clicked an ad, we do not share member data with you, and you must not try to identify members. Do not use ads to collect members' personal details by deceptive means.
Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim about a campaign is limited to the amount you paid for that campaign, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost sales. You are responsible for claims that arise from your ad content.
We may update these terms and the ad policy. Changes do not affect a campaign you have already paid for. Questions: [email protected].
